If the payment has been successfully completed, the "Order Confirmed" page will immediately appear, containing a summary of the purchased products and useful information.

If the system does not accept the order, we recommend checking whether the transaction was successful. For further assistance, you can contact us at info@liaaison.com.

The order will be processed only after payment confirmation. Once shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent. If the email is not received, please check the "Spam" folder.

An additional email containing the courier tracking link will be sent upon shipment.

Shipped orders cannot be modified. However, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a modification request can be made by contacting us via email.

Requests related to orders from accounts different from the one used for the purchase cannot be processed.

SHIPPING

Shipments are carried out via SDA courier for Italy and European destinations.

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Italy: Free
  • Europe (EU): €14.99

Some countries may be subject to additional charges due to geopolitical reasons.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES

For orders with products available in stock, production takes place within one working week from order confirmation. Subsequently, items are handed over to the courier within 2-3 working days.

Shipments are carried out via SDA courier with the following delivery times:

  • Italy: 1-3 working days from the shipping date
  • Europe (EU): 2-5 working days from the shipping date

SHIPPING ADDRESS

To ensure timely delivery, it is essential to correctly fill in all required fields for the shipping address. If delivering to companies, offices, or public establishments, please provide their name and opening hours.

Liaaison is not responsible for errors or omissions in the address provided by the customer. For any inquiries, you can contact us at info@liaaison.com.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGING

Liaaison is not responsible for delays or damages to products during transport. If a damaged or tampered package is received, we recommend refusing delivery or alternatively signing with a reservation for inspection.

It is highly advised to photograph the packaging before and after opening. If the products are damaged, please contact the SDA courier at +39 06.4526.1600 and also report the issue to us via email at info@liaaison.com.

FAILURE TO COLLECT BY THE CUSTOMER

If the customer does not collect the package within 5 working days from storage at the courier’s warehouse, the order will be automatically canceled, and the parcel will be returned to our headquarters. In this case, the customer must reimburse Liaaison for the shipping costs for both the dispatch and return of the package.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In case of delivery refusal or inability to deliver for reasons not attributable to Liaaison, the shipping costs (both for dispatch and return) and any customs duties will be deducted from the refunded amount.
